To begin production on your order,
1. Choose Your Style and Submit a Design Request
Visit our website to select your desired uniform or apparel style and submit a REQUEST FOR A FREE GRAPHIC DESIGN online.
Use our design tool to create your own uniform.
Alternatively, email us your preferred design, including your team name, colors, and logo, at info@tellusapparel.co.uk.Our design team will provide a free mock-up within 24 hours.
Once you approve the final design, email us your roster, including:
– Player uniform sizes, numbers, and names (if applicable).
– Your name, shipping address, and required delivery date.
2. Receive Your Invoice and Make Payment
After receiving your roster, we’ll email you an invoice.
Review the invoice and use the payment options listed to complete your order.
Payment options include:
– Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
– PayPal.
3. Confirm Your Order Details
Once payment is received, we’ll send your Order Detail within 24 hours or less.
– Review the details and reply to confirm or request any changes.
– Please note: Once confirmed, no further changes can be made.
– You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
